This saxophone is truly beautiful. It sounds beautiful, looks beautiful, and plays beautifully.
When I ordered it I got to talk to Garrett, the owner of Saxophone.com, and he hooked me up with a great deal during their Fall Sale. It was shipped via USPS Express and got here in 3 days despite Thanksgiving, which was impressive. I was expecting it to come in a fairly cheap case like most other instrument companies give out with their new instruments, but it came in a very nice and sturdy, felt-lined, locking case which I would have gladly paid a few hundred dollars for aftermarket.
One of the first things I did was play it for a friend of mine who's been playing sax all his life. I made him guess the brand name and how much I paid for it. He guessed it was either a Selmer or a Yanagisawa and that I must have payed $2500 to $3000 for it. Boy was he wrong!
Buying from Saxophone.com has been an extremely pleasant experience, and I am 110% satisfied. Perhaps I'll look into getting an Alto during the Winter Sale...

I bought this tenor sax almost 2 years ago and play it regularly at church. I recorded an album on it last year and have taken it with me on 2 mission trips to Brazil where we traveled and performed every night. It has a nice, round solid sound and I am able to manipulate it easily for both fast and slow improv. I'm using a metal Otto Link mouthpiece and Vandoren V16 reeds. I always get compliments on its sound and its looks. As the descriptions says, this sax is an "attention grabber".

I bought this sax around a year ago. It is amazing. I got it, took it to a buddie's house one day (who's pretty discriminating about this kind of stuff) he ordered one the next day. I play it with a metal otto link and guardala studio, and altissimo's pop. Also my teacher, by far a pro-saxophonist says it's not what you play but how you play it. That's not necessarily the case here your getting a great horn at a great price. My friend and I comments about it all the time, but it doesn't matter because people can't believe it when they hear us! And one last thing, I was a little curious at first about quality, but don't turn your nose up at the name or price because there is no better pro-horn out there for the price.
